Prentiss Thompson

Prentiss jumped on the acting scene in 2002 when he was discovered by the late John Daly (Multiple Academy Award Winning Executive Producer).  Mr. Daly awarded him first place honors in a national acting competition. Since then Prentiss has been working diligently and has not looked back.

Prentiss has starred in stage work with the Ujamaa Black Theatre Company under the Direction of Titus Walker.  He also has played in several independent movies such as Closure.   The movie Waiting a sci fi thriller in which he played the lead role.  He appeared in Treach’s “Nothing Can Hold Me Down” music video.  He has worked on several other movies such as Tap Dreams.  One of his break out roles was as Lieutenant Jackson in which he portrayed a gritty cop in Cash Rules. 

Thompson has soon to be released upcoming movies The Gitem Gyrlz and Down On Your Luck.
Prentiss will play the lead role in the 2009 film Don’t Blink, an Everythang Green Film.
